Gelato shop in mixed-use new construction designed by Lake Flato. Build a simple space that reflects Dolce Neve’s other locations as well as the building design.

  • Space shell included a 20-foot ceiling, which is highlighted in the cafe seating area with double-high glazing allowing natural light to penetrate the space. A custom drop ceiling was designed with an exaggerated curve transition to nest the service area and express custom lighting design. Additional retail elements and materials reflect the exterior building as well as the Dolce Neve branding design.
